I first heard about this topcoat on Bellashoot. If you haven't checked out Bellashoot, check it out, it's awesome! It's pinterest for beauty tips, reviews, etc. The girls on there are all awesome. They posted about this topcoat and I ran out to buy it and absoloutley love it. It has the same flat brush as the other CK polishes which makes it a lot easier to apply.
It doesn't have that chalkboard matte finish, but it's more of a candle wax finish that's very lovely, especially paired with the CK I Think Not pink I picked up with this. I'm really happy with it. Plus it helps seal in already matte polishes so they don't chip as easily.
